Join CBEP now and receive a salary that’s a true reflection of the life-changing work you do. Full-time nurses can earn more than £40,000 a year, and our nurses on flexible hours can enjoy generous rates of pay too.

Enjoy full-time contracts or flexible hours with us, both with the choice of day or night shifts. Join us full-time to benefit from a company car and guaranteed hours, or flexible hours that work around your schedule.
Variety of Local Work
Whether you join our complex care or agency division, you’ll have a number of local placements to choose from. Work one-to-one with clients and their families at home, or in private hospitals, schools, hospices or nursing homes.
Ongoing Support
We take the wellbeing of our team members seriously. That’s why you will receive direct, hands-on clinical support from our Nurse Managers. Your Coordinators are also always available should you need some advice, or want to voice a concern.
