Variety of Local Work
Whether you join our complex care or agency division, you’ll have a number of local placements to choose from. Work one-to-one with clients and their families at home, or in schools, care homes, supported living services or hospitals.
Ongoing Support
We take the wellbeing of our team members seriously. That’s why you will receive direct, hands-on clinical support from our Nurse Managers. Your Coordinators are also always available should you need some advice, or want to voice a concern.
Excellent Training
At CBEP, we provide full, in-house clinical training. We also offer apprenticeships, ongoing professional development, specialist courses such as PMVA and learning disability training.
Career Progression
There are great career progression opportunities at CBEP. You could progress as a Senior Carer, or even take on a Field Care Supervisor role with us.
