Starting today, visitors to cbep.ca can access a virtual assistant designed to simplify interactions with the Centre. Whether you need information about our services, volunteer procedures, schedules, or step-by-step guidance for a specific process, our assistant is here to direct you instantly.

Go to cbep.ca.
Click the chat widget at the bottom right of the page (or the “Assistant” button).
Ask your question in simple language — the assistant will respond immediately.
